Our Neklanova apartments and Art Parukářka have kitchens, washing machines and Wi-Fi. Choose a separate bedroom, more privacy with two bathrooms, or an open-plan studio.
Availability, price, utilities, cleaning and payment arrangements are confirmed in your individual offer.

Discuss one apartment or several nearby units with one local contact. Our study-stay portfolio includes Grand Neklanova for up to four, Charm Neklanova for up to three, Riverside Neklanova ideally for two, and Art Parukářka for one or two residents.
For winter–spring 2027, ask about stays from the second half of January through April or May. All dates are subject to availability.
